& reserve's open training
Cashmere Technical FC will begin Women’s Open Training in early February 2026. These sessions are free and open to female players aged 16 and above of a competitive playing ability. Dates of these sessions will be updated January 2026.
Players attending these sessions will be considered for selection in the following teams:
- Women’s First Team
- Women’s Reserve Team
These sessions offer an exciting opportunity for players to trial for the Women’s First Team, representing the club at the highest level. Selection is competitive, providing access to elite coaching, strength and conditioning training, performance analysis, advanced development, and the chance to compete in the South Islands premier competitions.

premier men's reserves
& U20s open training
Cashmere Technical FC is inviting all interested players to attend open training sessions for our 2026 Premier Men’s Reserves and Premier Men’s U20s teams.
For the upcoming season, CTFC will field a Men’s Reserve team in the Canterbury Premier League and a Men’s U20s team in the Canterbury Championship League. Both squads will primarily consist of U20 players (born in 2005 or later). Select older players may also be included to provide leadership, share experience, and uphold the values of the Club.
Spots in these teams are limited and highly competitive, offering elite coaching, advanced strength and conditioning training, player analysis, and exposure to regional competitions.
These teams provide a highly competitive environment and are an excellent pathway for players aiming to challenge themselves at a higher level. Additionally, outstanding performers may have the opportunity to be selected to player for the Clubs Premier Men's First Team, which represent the club at the highest levels. Spots in these teams are limited and highly competitive, offering elite coaching, advanced development, and exposure to regional and national competitions.

Tuesday 27th Jan - 5:30pm start - Garrick Park
Thursday 29th Jan - 5:30pm start - Garrick Park
Saturday 31st Jan - 8:30am start - Garrick Park
Tuesday 3rd Feb - 5:30pm start - Garrick Park
Thursday 5th Feb - 5:30pm start - Garrick Park
Team to be selected and released Monday 9th Feb. Full squad training will begin Tuesday 10th Feb.
Preference will be given to CTFC players, but with spots open for new players joining the club that are at the level. Attitude, application, ability and attendance will all be taken into consideration when selecting the two squads.
