The Cashmere Technical FC Academy provides an elite pathway for young footballers, offering structured training, professional coaching, and opportunities for personal and athletic development. Women

Cashmere Technical FC offers the most comprehensive women’s and girls’ football pathway on the South Island. We provide our players with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to grow as confident, well-rounded footballers. Importantly, we give players the freedom to choose the environment that suits them best: they can join girls-only teams and training, participate in mixed (male-dominated) teams, or switch between them depending on their goals, development, and preferences.

Our Women’s First Team dominates the South Island League, reigning as the 2023 Reta Fitzpatrick Cup and South Island League Champions. With a strong community focus, they mentor and coach younger players, fostering the next generation of talent. Alongside them, the Women’s Reserve Team competes in the Canterbury Women’s Premiership, providing a crucial pathway for academy graduates aspiring to join the First Team.

In 2025, we introduced our Women’s U20 team to offer an additional pathway for young female footballers who want to continue playing, but aren’t seeking highly competitive football.

We also offer:
