Gear Drop-Off Dates and Instructions

As the season wraps up, it’s time to return team gear so we can prepare for next year. Please read the following instructions carefully to ensure a smooth gear drop-off process.


Drop-Off Dates and Times

  • Wednesday, 11th September: 4:45 PM – 5:45 PM
    (Please note: Staff will leave promptly at 5:45 PM for a meeting, so arrive on time.)
  • Thursday, 12th September: 4:45 PM – 5:45 PM



An additional gear drop-off date will be provided the following week if needed.


Drop-Off Locations

  • Garrick Park: Gear bags
  • Whittington Avenue: Balls, cones, mini-goals, and any other playing equipment


Important Gear Return Guidelines

  1. Divide the Task: To make life easier, one coach/manager/parent can drop off gear bags at Garrick Park, while another drops off balls and equipment at Whittington Avenue.
  2. Wash Team Kits: All returned gear bags must include washed and complete team kits. Unfortunately, we cannot wash kits on your behalf.
  3. Return All Items at Once: Please ensure all items are included in your return, such as cones, balls, bibs, and gear bags, for accurate stock recording.
  4. Centennial Teams: Gear bag returns will only be accepted at Centennial if all kits are clean and accounted for.
  5. Tournament Teams: If your team is still playing in a tournament, keep your balls, cones, and bibs, but please return all playing kits. We will provide you with tournament gear as needed.

A team photo is included in the cost of your players registration fees - so they don't cost you a thing! Each player receives one team photo, with the option to request additional copies at the cost of $20 per image. Players must be wearing: Clean CTFC playing top Clean CTFC blue shorts Clean CTFC blue socks* If your players socks are cut into sleeves, please ensure you send them with an uncut pair as there are no shoes in photos! We will release the Team Photo Booking Schedule early May, which allows Game Day Leaders, Coaches or Team Managers to select the slot that suits their team. They will then communicate with the team the date, time and location of your photo. Please ensure players arrive 10 minutes prior to their photo time so they are ready to go. With taking over 130 photos of 1800 players, we run a tight ship!
